Under the direction of the Executive Chef and/or Shift Supervisor/Manager, ensures overall cleanliness & sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, china and flatware.
- Loads/unloads dish machine
- Washes/rinses/sanitizes pots and pans
- Cleans kitchen equipment
- Takes out trash to dumpster
- Sweeps/Mops floors
- May bus tables in Bistro or Dining Room
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned by Chef/Supervisor/Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in short order cooking preferred.

Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English. Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.
Works in a normal food service environment with intermittent exposure to changes in temperature.
