Provides diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient/family counseling, and appropriate referrals as necessary to all inpatients and outpatients exhibiting a speech, language, hearing or swallowing disorder.
- Effectively evaluates the patient’s performance in any communicative disorders.
- Master’s degree in speech pathology required.
- Minimum one year or experience in rehabilitation with adult speech/language-impaired populations preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Speech Pathology license required/New Jersey
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Strong customer service skills.
Normal hospital environment with frequent exposure to sick or injured patients.
Daily potential for exposure to blood and/or body fluids.
