CentraState Medical Center has an employment opportunity available for a Sr. Systems Analyst. Sr. Systems Analyst compiles and interprets end user and organizational business needs. Must be well versed in technology application to recommend and manage the implementation of technical solutions. Possesses strong abilities in problem solving, project planning/management and leadership. Works with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes clinical software to ensure software meets users needs.
  • Follows proper workflow for any program changes or enhancements.
  • Documents software changes.
  • Application and programming specialist.
  • Provides direction to staff members.

Demonstrated proficiency in compiling and interpreting end user and organizational business needs. Must be well versed in technology application to recommend and manage the implementation of technical solutions. Possesses strong abilities in problem solving, project planning/management and

leadership. Works with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or a Clinical Field Required

Work Experience:

  • Minimum three years experience working in a business or systems analyst role

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have a proven track record managing multiple projects and dealing with all levels of an organization.
  • Possesses knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities. Proven track record managing clinical information.
  • Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.
